systematically provide activity reports and financial reports, and to produce any other document to prove that the project is duly progressing well and the scope of the donation received; the "Progress report" form is available for this purpose from our website. (*)
The beneficiary also undertakes to notify any appearance in the media, any publication and any event associated with the project,
these items are to be supplied in principle and at the latest by September 1 of the year following award of the donation; an interim report may be requested at any time.
No donation will be renewed before CARIGEST SA has approved the reports and with the agreement of the donor(s) we are advising.
In the event of the information being lacking, incomplete or incorrect, or even if unjustified discrepancies are noted compared to the initial scope agreed, the donor may revoke the conditions for obtaining a grant, which could result in immediate suspension of release of the grant(s) or even a request for partial or full refund of the donation(s) made.
Swiss law shall apply in the event of disputes, to the exclusion of international private law regulations.
The parties agree to attempt to resolve any conflict amicably. However, any dispute arising from its interpretation, execution, or non-execution shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the canton of Geneva, subject to an appeal to the Swiss Federal Supreme Court.
