Ses recherches ont permis de d\u00e9velopper des approches technologiques innovantes, notamment la robotique et la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle pour induire et mesurer objectivement ces hallucinations.  <\/p><p>Dans le cadre de ce projet, plus de 300 patients ont \u00e9t\u00e9 approch\u00e9s pour participer aux \u00e9tudes en laboratoire et en ligne gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une collaboration interdisciplinaire avec cliniciens, chercheurs et associations de patients.<\/p><p><strong>Les recherches avaient pour objectif : <\/strong>(1) induire et mesurer les hallucinations chez les patients avec la maladie de Parkinson, (2) identifier les biomarqueurs (neurologiques, comportementaux, cognitifs) des hallucinations dans la maladie de Parkinson, (3) \u00e9tablir des mesures de diagnostic pr\u00e9coce et pr\u00e9vention de la d\u00e9mence dans la maladie de Parkinson, et (4) d\u00e9velopper et appliquer de nouvelles m\u00e9thodes th\u00e9rapeutiques.<\/p><p><strong>Les r\u00e9sultats<\/strong> qui en d\u00e9coulent ont permis la publication de 60 articles scientifiques dans des journaux et revues de renom et de nombreuses pr\u00e9sentations \u00e0 des conf\u00e9rences scientifiques. L\u2019\u00e9quipe de Prof. Blanke poursuit ses recherches pour aboutir \u00e0 de<strong> meilleures strat\u00e9gies de pr\u00e9vention et d\u2019intervention pr\u00e9coces<\/strong> qui r\u00e9duisent les hallucinations et ralentissent le d\u00e9clin cognitif dans la maladie de Parkinson, dans le but d\u2019am\u00e9liorer concr\u00e8tement la qualit\u00e9 de vie des patients et de
