DONATION<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0fe5b73 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0fe5b73\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The beneficiary undertakes to:<\/p><ul><li>Systematically provide <strong>activity and financial reports<\/strong> as well as any other <strong>supporting documents<\/strong> that allow verification of the proper progress of the project and the use of the donation. Please refer to the <em>\u201cFollow-up Report\u201d<\/em> form available on this site.<\/li><li>Report any <strong>publication in the media, any edition, or any event<\/strong> related to the project.<\/li><li>Forward these elements, in principle and no later than <strong>September 1st<\/strong> of the year following the donation. A <strong>mid-term report<\/strong> may be requested at any time.<\/li><\/ul><p>No donation may be renewed <strong>until the reports have been accepted by CARIGEST SA, and subsequently validated by the advised donor(s).<\/strong><\/p><p>Should the information provided be incomplete or inaccurate, or should there be any unjustified deviation from the original framework, the donor reserves the right to revoke the terms of the donation. This may lead to the immediate termination of funding<br \/>or a demand for partial or full reimbursement of the donation(s) dispute:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Swiss law<\/strong> applies, to the exclusion of private international law.<\/li><li>Any dispute must first be subject to an attempt at amicable resolution.<\/li><li>In the event of failure, any dispute arising from the interpretation of the law, its execution or non-fulfilment is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Geneva, subject to an appeal to the Federal
