proposed project must:<\/p><ul><li>Align with the goals mentioned below<\/li><li>Be relevant, realistic, and include a coherent financing plan<\/li><li>Be presented in a concise and accessible manner for a non-specialist audience (in French, German, English, or Italian)<\/li><li>Be supported by clear documentation and a <strong>detailed budget<\/strong>, including:<ul><li>the <strong>requested amount<\/strong>, duly justified<\/li><li>other <strong>sources of funding<\/strong><\/li><li>a <strong>precise allocation over time and by item of expenditure<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Not considered:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Expenditures that may be subsidised primarily by public bodies.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Any type of expense that cannot be justified and is not directly related to the conduct and implementation of the project<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Offsetting a loss-making operating result or a loss-making transaction already carried out<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8324c00 e-con-full degenerative, tumorous, infectious or mental diseases, in particular:<br \/><ul style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\"><li>Identification of the mechanisms of these diseases<\/li><li>Development of new diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for the treatment of these conditions<\/li><li>Assistance to individuals affected in their health by these diseases, through the funding of activities aimed at improving their living conditions<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Supervision and support of activities for the <strong>elderly or the disabled<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Training<\/strong> and development of particularly motivated young people up to the age of 30<\/li><li>Encouragement of institutions demonstrating distinguishing qualities in the <strong>field of music<\/strong>, with a mission to create, program and host high-level concerts, as well as to train and coach young talents in their professional development<\/li><li>Support for highly targeted actions in the observation or preservation of <strong>the environment<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aa3eaf2 e-con-full e-flex qodef-elementor-content-no e-con e-child\" data-id=\"aa3eaf2\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5237bd7 elementor-widget class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">SUBMISSION CONDITIONS FOR BENEFICIARIES WHO HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED SUPPORT:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f9a400c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f9a400c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Any new application requires the prior closure of the previous support and the submission of a complete report to be validated by CARIGEST SA.<\/p><p>Each new application must be submitted separately and cannot be included in an activity report or a mid-term statement. This also applies to reallocation requests.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bdd0d11 e-con-full e-flex qodef-elementor-content-no e-con e-child\" data-id=\"bdd0d11\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9388865 elementor-widget data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Any request, by the applicant, for clarification regarding the policies of CARIGEST SA and the donors it advises (sponsorship agreements, charters, publication protocols, etc.) must be addressed at the time the application is submitted.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dbc3f4d e-con-full e-flex qodef-elementor-content-no e-con e-child\" data-id=\"dbc3f4d\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-347a11b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"347a11b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">APPLICATION PROCESSING<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-67b27d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" <strong>during the quarter following their receipt.<\/strong><\/p><p>This process may be delayed if additional information is required.<\/p><p>Requests for event programming, notably musical ones, must be submitted at least four months prior to the scheduled date.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0235d03 class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The beneficiary undertakes to:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Use the donation received according to the initial request for support and according to the conditions related to its acceptance.<\/strong><\/li><li>Provide an <strong>acknowledgement of receipt<\/strong> of the donation<\/li><li>Consult CARIGEST SA prior to any reallocation of donations, as this decision must be taken in agreement with the donors it advises<\/li><li>Report any changes concerning:<ul><li>the organisation and statutes of the institution<\/li><li>the people in charge of the project management<\/li><li>the goals and purpose of the project<\/li><li>the conditions and the schedule of realisation<\/li><li>the project budget and the corresponding allocation<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9622648 e-con-full e-flex qodef-elementor-content-no e-con e-child\" data-id=\"9622648\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e2d0016 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e2d0016\" AND TRACKING<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-10f02c0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"10f02c0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The beneficiary undertakes to:<\/p><ul><li>Systematically provide an <strong>activity report as well as a financial report<\/strong>, and submit any other supporting documents that enable the verification of the good use of the donation<\/li><li>Fill in the &#8220;Follow-up Report&#8221; form (available on the website)<\/li><li>Report any publication in the media, any edition, and any event related to the project<\/li><\/ul><p>These elements must be provided, in principle and <strong>no later than September 1st<\/strong> of the year following the donation. A <strong>mid-term report<\/strong> may be requested at any time.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-db6259d e-con-full e-flex qodef-elementor-content-no e-con e-child\" data-id=\"db6259d\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3feece9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"75b436c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>No donation may be renewed until reports are accepted by CARIGEST SA, and subsequently validated by the advised donor(s).<\/strong><\/p><p>In the event of non-compliance regarding:<\/p><ul><li>Failure to provide the required information<\/li><li>Incomplete or incorrect transmission of information<\/li><li>Unjustified discrepancies from the initially agreed framework<\/li><\/ul><p>the donor may <strong>cancel the grant<\/strong>, suspend payments, or request <strong>a partial or full reimbursement.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6d3b8fd e-con-full e-flex qodef-elementor-content-no e-con e-child\" data-id=\"6d3b8fd\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e01b6dd elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e01b6dd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">HANDLING OF ANY REMAINING BALANCE<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-80e771b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"80e771b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>Any unspent balance must be properly accounted for and, by mutual agreement with the donor, may be either returned or reallocated.<\/li><li>The beneficiary undertakes to use any such remaining balance <strong>within 12 months<\/strong> following the end of the funding period; otherwise, the unused amount may be claimed back.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
